I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and a registered England Athletics run coach ready to help you start your fitness or weight loss journey. 1-2-1 training sessions and programming to assist you in reaching your goals and guiding you through your progression.

About me
It's not to late to start training!
I started my fitness journey approximately ten years ago at the age of 43. Until that point, I did no regular exercise whatsoever! I soon become hooked on running and quickly developed a passion and interest for learning more about correct technique and good run form. I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2023 and love to help older adult clients that are yet to find their trigger into fitness.
I provide 1-2-1 personal training sessions and programming in a private training studio, giving you the perfect opportunity to build confidence and progress without the stress and anxiety of visiting a busy gym environment.

Run Coaching
Looking to improve your running? or maybe you are just starting out on a couch to 5k? As a qualified England Athletics running coach I can help you achieve your running aspirations. I will analyse your run form and technique and create strength and conditioning programmes specifically designed for you including interval training, weight training, agility balance and co-ordination. Training plans tailored to your specific requirements and event goals.
